Corliss Jackson, a seasoned consultant and transition expert, became an entrepreneur after a decade-long career with the US government. Two decades ago, Corliss made a bold move—leaving her executive government role to launch her own business. In 2006, she founded Manifest Consulting Group--a multi-million dollar government contracting firm, and Manifest Careers--where she’s helped tens of thousands of professionals navigate career transitions and launch new ventures around the world. A passionate writer, Corliss is also the published author of Cracking the Federal Job Code and a featured columnist for The Washington Post’s Corliss’ Corner, where she provided regularly advice to readers on making successful career transitions. Corliss brings that same passion for transformation and strategic guidance to Fran-Cs, especially for clients who are seeking a new direction—whether they’re transitioning out of the military, looking for a new venture, or simply ready to pursue entrepreneurship.

Ciara Jackson adds an extremely powerful dimension to Fran-Cs as a seasoned marketing consultant with deep experience in brand development and customer engagement.
